Yay or nay?

Should we have a race sign up sheet so we can get an idea of who will be racing and who won't be?

Sign ups are good, but schedules are still going to change on occasion. I'm all for it.

it is a good idea but in my view only useful when you have more people than places available, it would be nice if during the week prior to the race, people give notice when they know they are not gonna take part

I would say nay... It may give drivers the idea not to show up if they are seeing a low number of sign-ups (rather than just expecting everyone to be at every event).
